How long will it take for my coffee to arrive from the date of purchase?

All one-off purchases are dispatched either same day or next day. Subscription coffee deliveries will ship regularly based on the interval you select is dispatched from the subscriptions start date. You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your coffee leaves our headquarters

Below are approximate turnaround times for delivery for each state:

Victoria: 1-2 business days

New South Wales: 2-3 business days

Australia Capital Territory: 2-3 business days

South Australia: 2-4 business days

Tasmania: 2-4 business days

Queensland: 3-4 business days

Western Australia: 3-5 business days

Northern Territory: 3-5 business days 


How do I unlock free shipping?

 We offer free shipping for all orders over $50 total.

Can I cancel my coffee plan?

Yes, you can cancel your coffee plan by logging in to your dashboard. Please note that if you cancel less than 7 days before your next ship, cancellation will not take effect until after that shipment.

How fresh will my coffee be?

Very fresh. We typically ship your coffee within about 24 to 72 hours of roasting it. We roast your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible. On average, you will receive your coffee at your doorstep within about 2-3 days after we roasted it.

Can you grind my beans for me?

We always recommend that you buy whole bean coffee. Your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you grind it at home. However, if you're not ready to grind your own beans quite yet, then we are happy to freshly grind your coffee for you. You can select a grind during the checkout process.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Of course! You can change any of your settings in your account at any time. Our goal is to help you find your new regular coffee. We encourage you to make changes to get there!

What if I am getting too much/too little coffee?

We work hard to make sure you’re stocked with just the right amount of fresh-roasted coffee. We give you the control to change your delivery cycle by as little as one-day increments, so we can be sure to get it just right. You can adjust this easily from your dashboard.
